Senior UX/UI Designer team lead

Bubibo — pet-tech startup is looking for Senior UX /UI Designer Team Lead to work in BubiboPro and Bubibo SupperApp product. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience working with both complex web systems and mobile applications.

Location
Kyiv - we work in a hybrid format, but during onboarding (the first 2-3 weeks of work) we prefer working from the office.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a design review for three other product designers.
• Participation in the development of a web application and a mobile application.
• Collaboration with the team of developers and analysts to ensure high quality design.
• Design system support.
• Analysis and improvement of user experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of UX/UI or product designer at least 6 years.
• Ability to work with Figma at a professional level (autolayouts, component interface construction, styles).
• Experience of holding a design review.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Ability to convincingly justify and explain your decisions in the interface.
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills.
• Experience in medical applications will be an advantage.
