Candidate profile

We are looking for a person who has extensive experience in designing products and web interfaces (minimum 4 years) and is ready to take responsibility for your processes and tasks. It's great if you have knowledge of good practices and the latest design trends . You are easy to communicate in the project, you can speak the language of technical people in the team and stakeholders on the client side. You have a high aesthetic sense. Moreover, you are able to receive and give feedback, and working with different types of personalities is no secret to you.

It's good if:

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI designer for applications and websites
• You can show off and present yourportfolio
• You know how to conduct tests with users and how to prepare usability audits
• You know design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
• You naturally create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and the team
• You prepare desk research and competitive analysis < /b>
• You have basic technical knowledge due to close cooperation with the development team
• You communicate fluently in English - at least C1 level
