The Senior UX/UI Designer will play a key to ensure that the fonts and visual elements after the migration look professional and if any improvements are required. The Designer will be advising in terms of accessibility, so in cooperation with Front-end team, accessibility will be provided at the necessary level. They will also be doing some redesign and design optimization of key existing pages. The redesigned and reimagined version of our site is anticipated to offer a robust, user-friendly platform that will significantly enhance our online presence.The Senior UX/UI Designer’s contribution will be crucial in creating a unique, user-centered solution that aligns with our company's vision and business objectives.The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, marketing, sales, and product management) to define and implement design solutions equipping AEM Cloud platformLead the design process throughout the migration process, working out the user flow, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsConduct user research and evaluation activities such as usability testing to gather feedback on design ideas and to enhance user satisfaction and design featuresTranslate complex content and information into an accessible, easy-to-use design for the AEM Cloud platformContinually iterate and improve on user interface design to provide intuitive and seamless user experiencesDocument and communicate your design ideas to team members, stakeholders, and developersKeep up with industry trends and emerging technologiesRequirementsProven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in cloud environments, preferably AEM CloudStrong portfolio demonstrating critical thinking and creativity in design, particularly in projects involving complex cloud or web-based applicationsProficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etcExperience in conducting user research and usability testingExceptional communication skills with an ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasivelyStrong knowledge of user-centered design principles and UI best practicesProficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive designExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap or equivalent frameworkUpper-intermediate or higher English level both written and spoken (B2)We OfferCompetitive compensation depending on experience and skillsIndividual career pathUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutionsSocial package - medical insurance, sportsCompensation for sick lists and regular vacationsEnglish classes with certified English teachersFlexible work hoursAbout EPAMEPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
