Senior UX/UI Designer in Dashdevs

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. You'll lead design projects, create intuitive user experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and cleints. With the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead role, you'll also mentor and lead the UX/UI Design Team to drive our design strategy forward. About you
 

• Ability to define and articulate design vision and strategy
• Strong systems thinking, information architecture, and interaction design skills
• Experience with creating complex, multi-input-mode interactions, experiences, and end-to-end flows, prototypes, with high-fidelity visuals
• Experience in validating experiments and design solutions for business growth with a data-informed and metrics-driven design process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision
• Strong understanding of technologies used to build modern digital experiences and familiarity with the fundamentals of front-end development, accessibility, and usability
• Experience developing and maintaining a design system
• Knowledge about A/B and usability tests, focus groups
• Customer-centric mindset, passionate about delivering great digital products and services
• Experience working in a B2B/B2C context, with a strong understanding of web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in domain research, requirements gathering, user research, interviewing, and documenting
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
• English level - B2/C1

  Responsibilities
   
• Comprehensive product design approach
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and fellow designers to conceptualize and iterate on user interfaces for products
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive UI/UX design system, ensuring consistency and high-quality
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and optimize the design
• Striking a balance between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products are always at the cutting edge of design
  
  General project description
  The product aims to create a flexible, scalable financial services platform to serve small and medium enterprises in Switzerland. The platform will offer essential banking functionalities through both web and mobile applications.

  
  Project stage

  Prototype software development from scratch, including customer research, focus groups interviews and product analysis. Project has a plan for the next 3 years in case of successful prototype development.
