- 2+ years of experienceas a UX/UI or Product Designer (Senior / Design Lead level).
- Current portfolio with real cases.
- Deep understanding of UX, user flow, usability and IA.
- Confident possession Figma (other tools will be a plus)
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Leadership skills and experience working with a team.
- Interest in complex B2B / SaaS / Enterprise products and legacy migrations.
It will be an advantage:
- Experience in working with B2B / Enterprise products.
- Product thinking and understanding the life cycle of an IT product.
