Main duties:

• Conducting interviews (in-depth, contextual)
• Conducting online surveys, moderated and unmoderated testing with users
• Conducting observations and quick tests with users
• Finding and processing feedback from users (User Feedback)
• UX audit of interfaces < /li>
• Finding users for research
• Creating presentations
• Searching and processing information from services such as Hotjar and Google Analytics
• Communication with customers, briefing and customer debriefing
• Mentoring and assistance to junior research specialists
• Development of research guidelines and standards

Basic requirements:

• 3 years of experience in UX Research, namely in conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Experience in independent project management
• Experience in organizing and conducting remote research in Google Meet or Zoom
• Experience in teaching and mentoring other researchers
• Knowledge of Figma
• Ability to conduct desk research (Desk Research ): search, analysis and synthesis of information in previous projects and external sources
• Ability to independently organize the search for users for research
• Ability to present your solution to team members and customers
• Ability work in a team, including cross-functional
• Ability to find new product development opportunities by combining analytics, human issues and company goals
• Ability to shape product design development strategy using customer research
• Basic practices and patterns of UX/UI design
