Senior UX Researcher in PrivatBank

Main duties:< /p>

• Conducting interviews (in-depth, contextual)
• Conducting online surveys, moderated and unmoderated
• Conducting observations and quick tests with users
• Search and processing of feedback from users (User Feedback)
• UX audit of interfaces
• Search of users for research
• Creation of presentations
• Search and processing of information from services such as Hotjar and Google Analytics
• Communication with customers, customer briefing and debriefing
• Mentoring and assistance to junior research specialists
• Development of research guidelines and standards

Basic requirements:

• 3 years of experience in UX Research, specifically in user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Experience of independent project management
• Experience of organizing and conducting remote research in Google Meet or Zoom
• Learning experience and mentorship of other researchers
• Knowledge of Figma
• Ability to conduct desk research (Desk Research): search, analysis and synthesis of information in previous projects and external sources
• Ability to independently organize the search for users for research
• Ability to present your solution to team members and customers
• Ability to work in a team, in particular in a cross-functional one
• Ability to find new opportunities for product development, combining analytics, human issues and company goals
• Ability to strategize product design using customer research
• Basic UX/UI design practices and patterns
