As a
Senior UX Researcher at Develux, you will be at the heart of driving innovation and shaping the future of our B2B SaaS
HRM platform . Your mission will be to deeply understand our users’ behaviors, needs, and challenges, and transform these insights into actionable strategies that influence product development and marketing initiatives. Working closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and other teams, you’ll ensure that our platform evolves based on real user and market feedback. If you’re passionate about UX research, experienced in B2B SaaS, and driven by data, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX & Market Research Initiatives : Design and conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to steer product development, user acquisition, and marketing strategies.
- Customer & Market Segmentation : Perform deep dives into customer demographics and market trends to uncover segments, needs, and pain points, aligning these insights with product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams : Partner with marketing to conduct user persona development, competitor analysis, and market research, ensuring our messaging, campaigns, and positioning resonate with target audiences.
- Customer Journey & Funnel Analysis : Map out detailed user journeys and decision-making funnels to identify friction points and enhance the overall experience across our B2B SaaS HRM platform.
- Persona Development : Create detailed user and buyer personas based on research findings to guide product and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the target audience’s needs and motivations.
- Product Usability Testing : Lead usability testing for prototypes, existing features, and marketing touchpoints (such as landing pages or onboarding flows), offering actionable feedback for optimization.
- Competitor & Market Trend Analysis : Analyze competitors, industry trends, and market shifts to discover opportunities for product differentiation and unique marketing angles.
- Data-Driven Insights for Marketing : Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze data from product usage and marketing efforts, identifying trends that inform both product enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication : Present research insights to key stakeholders, ensuring findings are clear, actionable, and aligned with product and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Act as a thought leader in UX research within the company, advocating for a research-driven approach in design, development, and marketing.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with teams across the company, from product and design to marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure research insights shape key business decisions.
- Stay Updated : Keep up with industry trends, new UX practices, and market research tools to continuously improve methodologies and maintain competitive positioning.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience : 5+ years as a UX or Market Researcher, with at least 3 years working on B2B SaaS products, ideally within HRM or related sectors.
- Methodological Expertise : Mastery of UX and market research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, competitive analysis, and focus groups.
- Market Research Skills : Proven experience in conducting competitive analysis, segmentation studies, and customer satisfaction surveys that influence both product and marketing strategies.
- Analytical Skills : Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar platforms to extract valuable insights from user behavior and campaign performance.
- Collaboration : A strong team player with experience working alongside product, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between research findings and business goals.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights and clearly present research findings to cross-functional teams.
- Data-Driven Mindset : Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources, turning insights into strategic recommendations for both product and marketing.
