Responsibilities: —AnexceptionalUX designer with 5+years’ experience, who loves learning and ispassionate about creating and delivering user-centered, data-driven consumer experiences —Well versed inthe current state ofweb and mobile technology and best practices, including building and working within adesign system —Anexpert atdesign process, and anexceptional collaborator with product management, engineering, user research, content and design. Driven tomove fast, bedecisive and deliver world-class user experiences —Requires end-to-end UXdesign skills (from understanding the business and users and conceptualizing solutions todelivering pixel-perfect mocks)—Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate akeen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory. —Skilled inFigma, Figjam, Mouseflow, UserTesting. com, Power BI, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Generative AI —Knowledge ofanimation tool would beaplus —Background inConversation Design would beahuge plus —Must beproficient inEnglish —Experience maintaining and evolving design systems —Detail-oriented and comfortable inafast-paced environment supporting cross-functional teams with ability tocan handle multiple projects and skilled inusing data tomake decisions —Superb communication skills inafast-paced environment (verbal, written, and visual) and the ability toinfluence and build consensus —Design for mobile (web and native) isrequired Requirements : —Beanintegral member ofafast-paced, growingUX team delivering elegant, innovative, customer-centered design solutions tocomplex business challenges —Collaborate with product, conversational designers and engineering todefine and execute strategy and control quality ofimplemented designs —Good UIskills.
