Senior User Acquisition Specialist (part-time) in CLUST

CLUST is an ecosystem for the growth of IT products. We work in the venture builder format. We support founders at all stages of development: from the validation of the startup idea to scaling and entering global markets. In connection with the scaling of one of the projects at CLUST, we are looking for a part-time Senior User Acquisition Specialist who will launch advertising in a new international market. will build funnels and test audiences/messages. What we expect from you:—Practical experience in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns in FB and Google Ads.—Ability to use analytical tools, data analysis and report development.—Experience in A/B testing and experiments both with audiences and with the actual funnel.—English language level from Upper-Intermediate.—Experience of working with several sources of traffic: advertising on Facebook, TikTok, Snap and other purchasing channels.—Experience of promoting health&beauty products will beaplus. Future tasks:—Development, optimization and development of advertising campaigns to attract new and returning existing customers.—Testing funnel.—Implementation of effective traffic assessment tools, advertising campaigns, etc.—Setting tasks for designers and copywriters.—Work as an analyst.—Involvement in marketing strategy.
