Senior User Acquisition Manager in Lift

I am Ira - Head of Marketing, I started my career on the project from the position of a creative marketer and in 3 years grew into the leader of everything marketing department. I am currently looking for an ambitious Senior User Acquisition Manager who will strengthen our marketing team and, thanks to his own expertise, creativity and ability to get things done, drive the entire direction of user acquisition through the web. Working with us in this position, you will be able to freely implement the most ambitious ideas and plans, test all trends and novelties as one of the first on the market and directly influencing the results not only of your field, but also of the business in general. Your responsibilities will be: Creation, planning and implementation of the strategy for promoting our application on the Meta platform; Independent control and acceptance decisions regarding marketing budgets, scaling and optimization of advertising campaigns in order to achieve set marketing and business goals; Analysis and optimization of not only marketing metrics (CAC, ROI), but also improvement of the overall flow of user engagement and all stages of the funnel: from creative to user behavior in products; Constant generation and testing of new user acquisition hypotheses to improve targeted CPIs. What we expect from you: Minimum of 3 years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing in the field of mobile applications; Experience in promoting web products; Proven ability to effectively manage a marketing budget more $300k per month; Analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data; Entrepreneurial spirit, to be the owner and driver of the entire direction; English level Upper Intermediate and above.
