Senior Unity Developer

Our dynamic and innovative team is looking for a skilled Unity Developer to join our team. If you are passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences and have a strong background in Unity but also would like to get knowledge in Phaser, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize interactive games and applications using Unity for multiple platforms (Web, PC).
• Leverage Phaser to create and maintain 2D web-based games and interactive content.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to implement game mechanics, UI/UX, and animations.
• Write clean, maintainable code TypeScript for Phaser.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across various platforms and devices.
• Optimize performance to ensure smooth and responsive gameplay experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in game development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Unity development (3+ years), with a strong portfolio of shipped titles.
• Proficiency in C# programming and Unity’s scripting API.
• Proven experience with 2D and 3D API (Vulkan, OpenGL, DirectX)
• Hands-on experience with Phaser (1+ years), with a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with 2D game development techniques, including sprite management, tilemaps, and physics systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WebGL and web-based game deployment.
• Familiarity with additional frameworks and libraries (e.g., PixiJS, Three.js).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with game development for mobile platforms and performance optimization.
• Background in UI/UX design for games.

It would be a plus to have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
