We are hiring! : Senior Sales Managers, SAP Consultants, Automation QA, and many many more! :) We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Product Owner with expertise in designing and optimizing acquisition pages. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Product Manager and key stakeholders on the design and implementation of user interfaces that drive customer acquisition and conversion on our website. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, quality assurance and marketers to create seamless user experiences that align with our business goals and brand identity.Job Requirements:· Bachelor's degree or Higher.· 3 - 5+ years of UI/UX and product owner activities in working teams under Scrum or Kanban methodologies developing projects of at least six months.· Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on acquisition pages.· Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web-based products.· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform design decisions.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.· Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.· Demonstrate clear understanding of the fundamentals behind UX and UI for app, mobile, web.· Highly organized with the capability to multi-task and priorities to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.Desirable Skills· An understanding of HTML5 / CSS3.· Experience working in an Agile and/or Lean environment.· Experience incorporating SEO requirements into design.· Digital eCommerce Experience. Work ConditionAvailability to work within the UK time zoneResponsibilities:· Drive the strategy and vision for the UI/UX design of our acquisition pages· Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise user requirements, ensuring that business goals and customer needs are met.· Conduct user research, analysis, and testing to gather insights and identify pain points in the user journey.· Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.· Work closely with developers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.· Continuously monitor and analyse user behavior data and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and conversion optimization.· Act as the advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
