We are looking for a rockstar in the cozy Megogo product design team :)

• Know how to generate visual solutions, understanding what problem you solve and what needs you satisfy;
• You know how to combine aesthetic and creative components with product ambitions, available resources and the satisfaction of your favorite users;
• You have a Jedi level of diplomacy to defend your design decisions;
• You are a fan of convenient applications and interfaces;
• You like to keep layouts clean and can explain design ideas to the development team;
• Ready to dive headlong into new projects.

Tasks we will work on:

• Development of design concepts and validation of product ideas;
• Creating and maintaining design systems, following the order in the file structure in Figma;
• Creation of interactive prototypes in Figma and animation in Principle;
• Improvement of user experience in cooperation with business analysts and products;
• Transformation of business requirements and technical limitations into user-oriented design;
• Studying and improving user scenarios.

Examples of projects:

• Development of a design concept for an MVP by the RnD team;
• Development of game design concept for Smart TV;
• Development of a visual concept for the direction of Megogo Audio;
• Development of a design system for promotional pages.

Necessary skills:

• Experience in UI / UX, Product design for at least 3 years;
• Ability to use styles, components, smart animate in Figma;
• Strong portfolio;
• Creativity and love for experiments;
• Experience in delegating tasks and the ability to hand over a project for successful implementation;
• Independence and responsibility: ability to meet deadlines and lead projects from beginning to end;
• Attention to details and desire to create pixel-perfect interface design;
• Willingness to make the maximum contribution to the team result.
