We’re seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. If you thrive on user research and transforming insights into intuitive, impactful designs, this role could be a great match. Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other essential UX artifacts to guide design decisions

UX Design:

• Design and prototype user-centered interfaces focused on usability and accessibility
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, refining based on feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate a seamless user experience into the final product

UI Design:

• Craft visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines to enhance user engagement
• Ensure UI consistency across the platform for a cohesive visual experience
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for scalability

Accessibility:

• Design with accessibility in mind, ensuring usability for all, including those with disabilities
• Implement inclusive design practices adhering to WCAG and relevant standards

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with developers to bring designs to life while maintaining the UX vision
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3+ years in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design and successful outcomes
• Experience with platforms managing large amounts of information is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with front-end developers
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, particularly WCAG

Core Competencies:

• Ability to translate user research into actionable design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Expertise in visual design, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
