Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, todefine and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept tofinal hand-off todevelopers. Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps toeffectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Implement and maintain design system and components, design versioning management. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback tounderstand user needs and preferences. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables topeers and stakeholders. Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UXtrends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: Figma prototyping: Demonstrated advanced skills inusing Figma for high-fidelity prototyping, leveraging its interactive features tocreate dynamic design prototypes Proficient inUser Flow Development. Expertise inSVG: Proficient increating and editing SVG files for web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality graphics that are scalable and responsive across devices. Portfolio ofcompleted mobile/web projects that displays your level ofexpertise. Refine current design systems and integrate new features into our evolving products. Work closely with product owners and engineers todiscover new ideas and shape product growth strategy. Understanding ofcurrent web/mobile UItechnologies. Implement and maintain design system and components, design versioning management. Proven experience asaUI/UXDesigner. Strong portfolio showcasing avariety ofdesign projects. Proficiency indesign and prototyping tools such asSketch, Figma, InVision. Experience inconducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding ofresponsive design principles. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity touser-system interaction. Ability topresent your designs and sell your solutions tovarious stakeholders. Up-to-date with the latest UItrends, techniques, and technologies. Bonus Skills: Animation and motion design skills. Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
