Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Experience working closely with development teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across our AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating based on feedback and data.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
