Driven tomove fast, bedecisive and deliver world-class user experiences; Requires end-to-end UXdesign skills (from understanding the business and users and conceptualizing solutions todelivering pixel-perfect mocks); Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate akeen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory; Skilled inFigma, Figjam, Mouseflow, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Generative AI; Must beproficient inEnglish; Experience maintaining and evolving design systems; Detail-oriented and comfortable inafast-paced environment supporting cross-functional teams with the ability tohandle multiple projects and skilled inusing data tomake decisions; Superb communication skills inafast-paced environment (verbal, written, and visual) and the ability toinfluence and build consensus; Design for mobile (web and native) isrequired. Ability tocraft beautiful, visionary product UXconcepts; Work collaboratively with product partners both inthe USA and Ukraine todefine priorities, plan projects, and design approaches that enable the best experiences and outcomes; Possesses ahigh attention todetail and solves arange ofdesign challenges with little tonoguidance.
