We are currently looking for a talented Senior UI\UX designer for our creative team, who will be able to fully express his creative potential and contribute to the development of our products.

 

It will be cool if you have:

• Experience in Product/ UX\UI Design at Senior level; solid knowledge of research methods (user interviews, analytics, A/B tests, etc.).
• Practical skills designing complex user flows (especially for large online products), creating prototypes (wireframes, high-fidelity).
• Understanding basic business metrics (KPI, conversions, retention, etc.) and the ability to influence these metrics through design decisions.
• Experience in the field of iGaming (online casino, sports betting) will be a significant advantage: understanding of the specifics of betting, gamification, approaches to attracting users.
• Knowledge of principles gamification and mechanics that improve retention and cross-sell between different products.
• Ability to work with data: analyze user behavior, highlight insights and turn them into design solutions.
• High level of communication and presentation skills: ability defend the concept in front of the team, stakeholders, marketing.
• Flexibility and systems thinking: the ability to take into account legal and technical constraints, different formats of coefficients and fast data changes in live mode.

Main tasks:

• Solve business challenges to improve key performance indicators (KPI) for two main verticals: online casino and sports betting.
• Develop new features and improve existing product tools that stimulate activity, retention and cross-sell of different sections of the platform.
• Work on information architecture and user flows in the context of rapidly changing odds (live betting), various types of bets and bonus mechanics.
• Integrate elements of gamification and "casino-drive" in sports betting, saving withbalance between excitement and ease of use.
• Conduct research (surveys, interviews, user tests, analysis of metrics) to understand user pains and motivations, formulate and test hypotheses.
• Collaborate with marketing and development: participate in the planning of promotional campaigns, adapt design to legal and technical requirements, present concepts and results.
• Optimize UX/UI for multi-jurisdictional application: take into account different rules and display coefficients, the specifics of the local market.
• Monitor implementation results: analyze product dynamics after release, propose further improvements, organize A/B tests or step-by-step release of new functions.
• Create documentation and materials (guides, presentations, description of UI patterns) that will help the development team to implement design solutions in a high-quality and consistent manner.
