Senior UI Designer (Web, Mobile)

About you:
— 5+ years of experience in creating cool visuals (Desktop, Android, iOS);
— you have an impressive portfolio that demonstrates your skills in creating interfaces and visual concepts (admins, dashboards, SRMs, etc.);
- you know the basics and principles of UX;
— you have experience in mentoring and leading a team of designers;
—designers for various industries (transportation, fintech, AI, etc.);
- self-organization and leadership is not just an item on a resume;
- English at a level not lower than B1.

What will you do?
— Create and improve the visual style of the agency, ensure its consistency on all platforms;
— Develop high-quality UI design for web and mobile applications for client and internal tasks;
—Consult with our two founders (experienced designers) and set goals for the design team;
—Provide timely, constructive feedback to the design team to help them develop their professional skills;
—Constant monitoring of new trends in design, implementation of best practices and innovations in our work.
