Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with UXdesigners, development team and the client Estimate theUI work ofpotential projects, define strategy Create visual designs that effectively communicate the product purpose and meet business goals Prepare UIassets Control the implementation. Beproactive. Not just pass the designs down tothe developers, but make sure that the end users will see the best possible result Beproactive, help togrow strongUI expertise within the team. Beable toconsult onvarious solutions, keep upwith the latest trends inmobile and web UI, Interface Animation, Interaction Design etc., understand which ones could beimplemented toimprove the product and inwhat way Requirements: Solid set ofskills and experience inUIdesign.4+years iswhat wehave inmind Portfolio proving this experience Knowledge ofup-to-date design tools (Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, AE, Principle isaplus) Experience incollaboration with designers and developers Effective communication skills inEnglish— you should beable toelicit project details and clearly articulate your design decisions Experience with UXdesign, understanding ofthe methodologies and processes isaplus Personal skills: Has sufficient communicationskills for effective dialogue with customers and colleagues Collaborates inateam effectively Isable toplan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons Demonstrates arational and organized approach towork Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications.
