Senior to Lead User Acquisition in SKELAR

App for iOS and Android with drama series with episodes of 1-2 minutes in a vertical Reels-like format. Our series is a continuation of the AlphaNovel business, as we write scripts based on successful books on the platform.

We are currently looking for User Acquisition Manager, which will actively scale the Meta-direction and freeze the command of one of the products.

What challenges await:
—Create, manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns in Tier1 geo;
—Monitor and track KPIs across all channels, including budget rate, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS and ROI;
—Collaborate with content and design teams to create and approve promotional materials.

What is important to us:
—Experience of working with Meta Ads from 1 year in an advertising agency or product company;
—Experience of working with the markets of the USA, Canada, Australia and UK;
—A data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it;
- Systematic and structured;
- Creativity and the ability to qualitatively generate new ideas and hypotheses.

Would be a plus:
Experience with TikTok Ads, AppLovin , Vungle, Taboola;
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable
- English at B2 level.
