Senior Technical Recruiter (MilTech)

Skyeton is an international aviation company specializing in the development and production of unmanned aircraft systems.

We are looking for an experienced and technical recruiter to strengthen our team for long-term cooperation. Work format is hybrid: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remotely.

The main tasks that await you:

• The full cycle of recruiting technical positions at the middle+ level and above.
• Cooperation with hiring managers regarding the opening of vacancies and the definition of the ideal portrait of the candidate.
• Using all possible search channels, we provide access to the necessary resources.
• Tracking the latest trends in recruiting, finding solutions to shorten hiring times.
• Expanding the network and creating a personnel reserve, direct search.

Our expectations :

• At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter, from 3 years of experience closing hardware and miltech vacancies.
• Deep understanding of technical specialist profiles and labor market trends.
• Professional networking in the field of MilTech.
• Experience in creating an effective search strategy, including non-standard approaches.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
• High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
