The company operates across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, providing modern facilities that cater tothe evolving needs ofthe supply chain and logistics industries.Working hours are 14.00-22.00 Ukrainian time (13.00-21.00 Polish time).Location— Ukraine, Poland.Skillset:8+years ofrelevantIT experienceExcellent knowledge ofSQL programming sideVery good knowledge inData analytics area.Must have the ability tointerpret data, and analyze results using statistical techniques.Must have experience indeveloping and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Very good understanding ofETL space using Informatica and reporting tools like Tableau.Should have excellent documentation and presentation skill set.Excellent knowledge ofbusiness process documentation and workflow implementationExperience inReal Estate ispreferred but not mandatory.Experience inLegal Operations preferred but not mandatoryExperience inFinance Operations preferred but not mandatoryResponsibilities:Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Perform requirement analysis.Manage multiple business stakeholders and communicate with them effectively and promptly.Flexible enough towork with offshore time toset upmeetings with various offshore technical teams.Effectively communicate insights and plans tocross-functional team members and management.Providing vision and direction tothe Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements.Ensure that the team always has anadequate amount ofprior prepared tasks towork onGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.Working closely with internal customers, clientIT team, and managerial staff.Serving asaliaison between stakeholders, onshore and offshoreEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Performing user acceptance testing.Work with the Project/Delivery manager and manage the projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.Prioritizing initiatives based onbusiness needs and requirements.Identify the dependencies between the projects/business areas and prioritize the work accordingly.Lead ongoing reviews ofbusiness processes and developing optimization strategies.Staying uptodate onthe latest processes andIT advancements toautomate and modernize systems.Conducting meetings and presentations toshare ideas and findings.Agile Process Responsibilities:Works with team members and stakeholders for feature, epic, and story refinement process including sizing and elaborate acceptance criteria and description for user stories when needed.Champion adefinition ofready and done for team stories.Assist testing activities and champion Test-Driven Development orBehavior-Driven development practices inthe refinement ofFeatures and UserStories with Acceptance tests.Perform User story acceptance bytesting, participating indemos orreviewing screenshots/ videos.Provide everyday requirements and solution support tothe team byanswering questions. ** Additional ResponsibilitiesOverall understanding ofSalesforce, PeopleSoft, and SharePoint will beanadded advantage.Understanding inthe Real Estate and Retail domain isaplus.Experience inthe Finance domain isaplus.Experience inLegal Operations technologies will beanadded advantage.Weoffer:Flexible schedule and opportunities towork remotely (8hours workday);Friendly professional staff and warm atmosphere;The environment where you can implement your ideas;Paid vacations and sick leaves;Medical insurance;Opportunity towork remotely;Participation ineducational activities and thematic conferences;Team parties and corporate events.
