This isaplatform that combines all the services related tofinance and payments— opening IBANs, getting debit cards, sending and receiving funds, managing expences and soon. The platform will bedesigned and developed from scratch, utilizing the most modern technologies and approaches tosimplify payments and make iteasy, user-friendly and inclusive. Responsibilities: Developing the financial platform from scratch Creating asystem design and basic architecture for core modules ofthe system Establishing the architecture and deriving the implementation tools With the team’s growth, switching toaTech Lead role and taking over responsibility ofmaking technical decision and mentoring team members Requirements: 7+years ofbackend experience, developing complex systems Experience with Golang (atleast 1-2 years) Hands-on with Postgres and Oracle Cloud experience (preferably with AWS) Experience with queues and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka etc) Experience with services and products created from scratch and participating inmaking technical decisions Experience creating robust, modern and complex web applications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good level ofspoken and written English— ideally Upper-Intermediate orhigher Nice tohave: Experience asaTeam/Tech Lead Experience with fintech products and systems for financial data processing Weoffer: Competitive salary depending onyour experience Professional development opportunities Study and practice ofEnglish: courses and communication with colleagues and clients from different countries Yoga classes Compensation package (paid vacation, sick leaves) Flexible working hours (from 9-11 to18-20) Comfortable office orpossibility towork remotely Ifyour qualifications and experience match the requirements ofthe position, our recruitment team will reach out toyou inaweek maximum.
