We are a product team, we do not deal with layout and landing pages, but develop and support SAAS solutions. We do this efficiently, we deal not only with adding features, but also with “internal quality”: we think through the architecture of solutions, do not forget about code review, and the return of technical debt. We try to increase the stability and ease of support of our solutions; on all projects we spend time on this, and not just on business features. We do not take on all projects in
We are a product team, we do not deal with layout and landing pages, but develop and support SAAS solutions. We do this efficiently, we deal not only with adding features, but also with “internal quality”: we think through the architecture of solutions, do not forget about code review, and the return of technical debt. We try to increase the stability and ease of support of our solutions; on all projects we spend time on this, and not just on business features. We do not take on all projects in a row, but only those that are interesting to us. We truly work as a team: we support each other and help each other develop. We minimize formal rules - everyone works in the way that is convenient for them, but taking into account the interests of those colleagues with whom they have common activities. For us, a healthy atmosphere in the team, professional development, communication and mutual assistance is a priority. We are against "galleys" and the like. We diligently support a ⚠️butthead-free environment⚠️, not only within the team, but also among clients. If you are interested in a friendly team, you are welcome! One of our clients is XAgency, a company that develops business solutions based on AI. A team of 5 python developers is currently working on their projects. At a general meeting, team members decided that the tasks that were being set for us required more knowledge and experience than we had, and we needed to look for a Python lead who would help us with architectural solutions. Mandatory requirements: A deep understanding of the principles of application architecture, including not only web applications but also other types of applications. Skills in analyzing team work and identifying errors are key. Significant experience developing systems in Python, beyond the scope of creating simple websites. Advanced knowledge of Python web frameworks, Django REST (you need to know DRF, but the bulk of the tasks are outside the scope of Django) Understanding of how servers work, experience in setting them up and maintaining them (at least on pet projects) Excellent command of English as a professional communication tool. It would be cool if you also have: Experience with microservice architecture and its typical tuning (API gateway, tracing, etc .) Understanding of application development using LLM (API OpenAI, Langchain and others) Real experience with LLM (even hobby projects) Our technology stack (just for information): Laravel/Symfony/NestJS/Golang/Python - for backends React + NextJS + Ant Design for the web frontendFlutter for mobile applicationsPython - for products using LangChainCompensation: Salary fork: $2500.$40004 weeks of paid leave on annual paid sick leave without a certificate Paid holidays, including New Year holidays We consider overtime to be a bad practice, but we take them into account and pay for them x1.5 It is necessary to fill out and send a Google form: The form contains questions that interest us, as well as a small technical task. https://forms.gle/NRUd54TS8kYcVUKK9
