AMO Apps is currently looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to develop new and support existing application functionality for the company's products. You will be able to independently allocate and prioritize tasks, automate routine tasks, influence existing solutions used in development and initiate new ones, have a direct influence on how our applications work. You will work with a team of experienced engineers on high-volume and complex projects in the field of fitness, health and nutrition.

What you will achieve in this position:

• You will be able to influence the existing architecture to meet current business objectives.
• You will work with a modern stack of Frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS).

For this you will need:

• Five years of commercial development experience
• Work experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, CSS, RESTful API
• Commercial experience with NextJS for more than 2 years
• Experience with monitoring systems (Sentry) and Frontend testing (unit, component, e2e testing)
• CI/CD experience and setup
• Docker, Kubernetes experience a plus
• Node.js, Nest.js, AWS experience a plus
• Experience managing a development team of 2 people will be a plus

Your manager will be Tech lead frontend team - Oleksandr . He has been in development for 14 years. Over the years, he held the positions of Frontend developer, cross-functional web/mobile team leader and Tech Lead Frontend team. On one of the projects, I redid the Frontend from scratch for a legacy project, the code of which was started back in 1997. Successfully migrated it with the team to a modern Frontend stack: ReactJS/NextJS + backend. Oleksandr joined AMO more than 4 years ago as a Senior Frontend engineer to work on the product MVP. As the team grew, he retrained as a Tech Lead Frontend. In the role of Senior Frontend engineer, Oleksandr sees an initiative person who has a desire to learn and develop, understands where he wants to go as an engineer. Could it be you?
