Key tasks:

• be transparent with the team about challenges, failures and successes
• hiring and training of technical personnel - Defining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
• delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals
• interacting with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standards
• motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
• delegating work and tasks to team members
• collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues. 

From the developer's side:

• development of own platform - integration of third-party APIs;
• active participation in the development of new features from scratch."

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field;
• minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development with an emphasis on Node.js and TypeScript;
• experience with server-side frameworks and RESTful APIs;
• deep understanding of database management and data collection solutions(SQL, NoSQL);
• knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Jenkins, etc.);
• excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think algorithmically and work with complex project requirements ;
• experience working with the GIT version control system.”
