We invite you to the team Senior / Team Lead Flutter, who shares our corporate values and strives for dynamic development .
Key tasks:
- develop and improve applications on the Flutter platform;
- optimize application performance and ensure safe operation;
- integration with RESTful and/or GraphQL API;
- architect and select technical solutions for new products;
- participate in the processes of planning and evaluating tasks;
- maintain documentation, support and improve existing applications;
- be transparent with the team about challenges, failures and successes;
- hiring and training of technical personnel;
- determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team;
- delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals;
- interacting with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standards;
- motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
- delegating work and tasks to team members;
- collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- at least 3 years of commercial experience with Flutter/Dart; < li>ability to develop scalable and reliable solutions;
- deep knowledge and experience with state management methods (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.);
- experience of integration with RESTful and/or GraphQL API;
- experience of working with native modules and channels of the platform;
- knowledge of architectural patterns (for example, Viper, Clean Architecture, etc.);
- experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools;
- experience in writing tests;
- It is desirable to have an idea of financial processes and transactions with income.
