In connection with the expansion of the project, we invite you to the team Senior Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• KPI Analysis and Improvement: KPI analysis, development and implementation of improvements.

• Team management: maintaining efficiency and identifying risks that may affect the quality of work. Development, providing feedback, 1:1.

• Work schedule management: communication with the analytics department to ensure adequate coverage, weekly schedule adjustments.

• Communication: High level of interaction with internal teams.

• Preparation of presentations: skills of creating presentations, conducting them.

• Organizing meetings: Conducting necessary meetings to ensure process clarity and team effectiveness.

• Financial reporting: submit, track and control working hours, wages and bonuses.

• Mentoring: providing guidance and support to newcomers.

Basic requirements:

• Understanding the principles of outsourcing contact center: experience in customer support.

• Organizational skills: high self-organization, discipline, punctuality, responsibility for the team.

• Team approach: focus on team results and elimination of inconsistencies in work.

• Work experience: minimum 3 years in a call center or support service.

• Experience in a management position: from 2 years in the position of Senior Team Leader or a similar position.

• Knowledge of the English language - from B2.
