This includes analyzing their unique market position, and identifying new revenue opportunities. Identify and sign prominent influencers seeking professional talent management representation.Identify and secure brand partnership opportunities tailored to the unique strengths of our talent roster as well as the Pearpop’s broader objectives.Manage a diverse talent portfolio, ensuring bespoke relationship management and growth strategies.Collaborate on campaign development and execution with cross-functional teams.Develop direct partnerships with talent, agencies, and management teams.Accountable for achieving targeted revenue growth for the agency and its talent. This involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and effectively managing client relationships to ensure sustained revenue increases.What You Bring to the Table5+ years of experience in representing creators, influencers, or celebrities in a talent management or representation role.An in-depth knowledge of the creator and influencer space. This requires staying attuned to the evolving creator economy and entertainment industry landscape and leveraging this understanding for strategic advantage.Outstanding capabilities in negotiation and deal-making, reflecting an ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.A genuine enthusiasm for social media and the broader landscape of internet culture.Preference for candidates who already have a robust client roster, coupled with a minimum of three years' experience in a talent representation role, be it as an agent, manager, or publicist, specifically catering to influencers and content creators.Compensation$100,000 - $130,000/year + commissionPearpop is an equal opportunity employer.
