What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Talent Development Project Manager to report to the Head of Talent Management and play a crucial role in shaping our talent development processes. You will design, implement, and optimize key processes, inc. Onboarding, Performance Management, Engagement, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and driving a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
In partnership with of Head of Talent Management you will be responsible for:
Process Design & Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent development processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with HR Technology teams to articulate requirements, enhance, test, and implement HR systems and tools specifically for talent development processes, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Training and Development & Change Management: Develop and deliver educational programs to the organization on new processes, systems, and tools to facilitate smooth implementation. Manage changes related to core talentdevelopment initiatives.
Project Management & Collaboration: Lead multiple talent development projects simultaneously, ensuring they are aligned with business needs. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Optimisation and Talent Acquisition to drive synergy and alignment across HR domains.
Required skills
Demonstrable experience in talent development, core HR , HRBP, or related roles, preferably within high-growth technology environments
Proven experience in program/project management, with a track record of successfully implementing talent development processes and driving organizational change.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to take a big picture and align talent development initiatives with organizational goals
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure the impact of talent development initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Passionate about driving talent excellence and enhancing the employee experience through effective talent development practices.
