Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in expla

Hi, I'm Natalie, Chief People Officer at expla. Our team builds people operations processes for the entire company to realize the strategy and achieve the business goal.

Recruiting is a crucial function for the further development of the company. Over the past 2 years, we have grown by 30% in the number of strong people and plan to continue to attract the best specialists on the market to us.

You will join the team as another full-cycle recruiter and you will be responsible for actively searching for candidates, interacting with hiring managers and additional activities to attract talent.

You will:

— manage the full cycle of recruiting, from placement of vacancies before pre-boarding;

— actively find candidates using various sourcing channels, form candidate pools (including passive candidates);

— fill open positions using targeted ;

— manage recruiting metrics and progress reporting;

— collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to identify their hiring needs;

— work closely with the employer brand team on external communications with candidates, training initiatives to attract candidates, job promotions, etc.;

— work in a hybrid format from an office in Kyiv or Warsaw.

We expect:

— 3+ years of successful experience in closing vacancies in marketing/product companies;

— experience in active sourcing, attracting new candidates and retaining passive candidates;

— analytical skills, experience in creating and maintaining recruiting reports;

— high self-motivation, the ability to set and achieve goals, as well as the ability to effectively manage time;

— competent Ukrainian language, knowledge of English at a level no lower than Intermediate+.
