What you willdo: —Manage the full-cycle recruiting process; —Ensure apositive candidate experience atall stages; —Work with vacancies ofvarious levels, complexity and stacks internally and externally; —Work onjob descriptions, and publications with different sourcing channels and tools; —Interview candidates toassess their background, qualifications, career and cultural fit; —Providing feedback tocandidates timely; —Maintaining the internal database ofcandidates; —Writing reviews and feedback after the interview; —Prepare job offers; —Closely interact with the team, hiring managers and Top management; —Participate inrecruiting and corporate initiatives. What weexpect: —5years ofproven experience inafull cycle ofrecruitment inIT with afocus ontechnical roles with high-level seniority; —Experience ininternational hiring (Ukrainian orforeign candidates worldwide); —Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication skills for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers and clients; —Ability toprioritize, multitask, self-manage and work autonomously without losing working efficiency; —Experience and ability towork with various ATS systems, search channels and tools; —Confident presentation skills; —Fluency inwritten and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate isamust); —People-oriented personality with anunderstanding ofbusiness needs. Itwill beaplus: —Experience inclosing technically niche positions; —Previous work experience inoutsourcing companies.
