Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Kyiv School of Economics

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen KSE's internal recruiting team and will be responsible for attracting key specialists and leaders for our educational, research and management areas.

This is a role for someone who:

• thinks in terms of the market, not vacancies;
• knows how to work with passive candidates;
• builds trust with top professionals;
• influences strategic HR decisions, not just closes positions.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Full cycle of Executive Search - from market analysis and talent mapping to supporting candidates at the final stages.
• Active headhunting and direct search for high-level candidates using modern tools and approaches.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with top experts, managers and leaders industry.
• Conducting in-depth interviews - assessment of experience, leadership and management competencies, collection of recommendations.
• Partnership with heads of business lines and top management in matters of strategic selection.
• Implementation of new approaches to finding, evaluating and attracting talent.

This role requires:

• Executive experience search, headhunting or strategic recruiting - from 3 years.
• Proficiency in direct search tools – Boolean Search, X-Ray, talent mapping.
• Deep understanding of the labor market and the ability to assess the level of top candidates.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to persuade and conduct difficult negotiations.
• High level of ethics and the ability to work with confidential information.
• Systemic thinking, independence and focus on results.
