We are looking for reinforcements to the team -Middle /Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist-a. Your main focus will be finding and attracting the best specialists.
Talent Acquisition Team today is: span>
- A team of 20 super strong and charged recruiters and sorcers. Here are some of them:Olesya, OksanaMaxim,Katya;
– Lots of hires! In the first half of the 2024 calendar year, we strengthened SKELAR with 440+ hires. We don't plan to slow down the scale
- Data-driven approach in recruiting. We are analytically savvy, we think in terms of funnels and conversions;
– Hiring managers who are interested in hiring, give quick feedback, know how to conduct high-quality interviews and are always open to initiatives;
– Ability to connect any tools for searching and attracting candidates;
– Opportunity to expand the network by organizing informal meetings.

What challenges await you:
– Development and implementation of candidate search strategy (from junior to top management roles);
– Cooperation with hiring managers regarding the opening of vacancies, assistance in determining the ideal portrait of the candidate, collection of all necessary information;
– Conducting interviews using modern approaches to evaluate candidates who meet the job requirements;
– Candidate support at all stages of the recruiting process;
– Work with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, automation tools;
– Tracking the latest trends in recruiting, finding and implementing growth hacking solutions to reduce time to fill and cost per hire;
– Expanding the network and creating talent pools of candidates, headhunting.
What is important to us:
– Experience from 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting: from search to hiring;
- Possibility to visit the office in the smart-hybrid format in Kyiv;
– Experience working in an IT environment and understanding the specifics of searching and hiring IT specialists;
– Knowledge of the market and industry trends;
– High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
– Intermediate+ English language level;
– Critical and systemic thinking.
In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
