ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Coca-Cola HBC collaborates with business leaders to source and select top-tier professionals and leaders, ensuring the continued growth of our business.
This role offers the opportunity to further develop sourcing, selection, and assessment skills by leading recruitment projects for various departments and levels across Ukraine. As part of a larger team encompassing Ukraine, Moldova, and Armenia, the successful candidate will also have the chance to work on cross-country projects and collaborate with like-minded professionals, all reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform the complete end-to-end (e2e) recruitment process for all departments across various hierarchical levels, utilizing both traditional recruitment channels and active sourcing methods, ensuring compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures;
- Manage e2e recruitment processes in comprehensive applicant tracking system (Avature) to ensure efficient tracking and processing of candidates;
- Co-create with Hiring Managers design and implementation of effective sourcing and recruitment process;
- Provide proactively ideas for continuous improvements in recruitment & recruitment related processes;
- Handle all procedural steps after offer decision for an employee to be hired;
- Manage Time to Recruit (TTR) to fill vacancies efficiently and meet business needs;
- Foster and maintain successful relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR business partners;
- Coordinate Talent Acquisition activities to ensure consistency and effectiveness;
- Collaborate with Employer Branding to support and enhance talent attraction initiatives and EB campaigns;
- Manage the local Referral program, including reporting, preparing data for payouts.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition \ Recruitment;
- Stakeholder management experience;
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced work environment, taking initiative and autonomy, demonstrating ability to learn quickly;
- Understanding of key Talent Acquisition trends;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (required for collaboration with colleagues from other countries);
- MS Office – advanced user.
