Senior Systems Analyst in Integrity Vision

Integrity Vision is a Ukrainian IT company that is part of in the TOP-5 system integrators of Ukraine.

What you need to do in this position:

• Create comprehensive documentation, including system requirements documents, business process diagrams (BPMN, UML), and technical specifications to facilitate project understanding and implementation

• Collaborate with project participants to collect, document, and set priorities of business requirements for various project components

• Work with requirements, detail them;

• Build business processes, display them, details on diagrams

• Analyze and evaluate current system architecture, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with project objectives

• Conduct data analysis and modeling to ensure data flow support and structures meet project objectives and reporting requirements

• Analyze points of systems integration, ensuring seamless data exchange between various components and systems

• Evaluate potential system solutions and make recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and alignment with project goals

• Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to describe system behavior and interactions, ensuring quality for developers and project participants

• Assist in change management activities by evaluating the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes, and participants, and also assist in communication and training activities

• Develop templates and quality criteria for business and system analysis artifacts

• provide recommendations for testing the finished product

• prepare documents to transfer new and existing updated banking products for further testing and implementation

Our expectations:

• work experience in a similar position: at least 2 years;

• work experience in the Bank or in an IT company;

• possession of the theoretical foundations of business analysis and requirements management , the ability to apply them in practice;

• possession of practical skills in using modern business analysis tools (CamundaBPM, Visio, Business Studio, Miro, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq, etc.); • confident mastery of basic process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, IDEF);

• knowledge of the principles of object-oriented programming;

• knowledge of relational DBMS (Oracle, PostrgeSQL);< /p>

• understanding of Client-server and Microservices architecture;

• knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML and JSON, Groovy (or Java), SQL;

• experience of participation in projects for the development of web and mobile applications;

• description of front-end, back-end, CORE requirements;

It will be a plus:

• work experience in the banking sector, FinTech, knowledge of banking processes (in particular, processes related to card products of individuals);

• possession of the theoretical foundations of accounting and management accounting in Ukrainian banks;

• understanding of typical interactions of DBO systems withother systems in the IT landscape of the Bank (ABS, CRM, etc.);

• knowledge of modern management methodologies for the development of information systems (Scrum / Kanban / LeSS / SAFe);

• work experience in implementing / finalizing Core systems.
