About Zagoriy Foundation
Zagoriy Foundation is a bureau of social projects initiated or supported by the family of Hleb and Kateryna Zagoriy. Our mission: to enable positive scenarios for the future of Ukraine. Since 2015, we have been working with the topics: culture, traditions, charity, and now we are creating spaces (for the military, for children, for residents of small towns) and supporting communities.
Main areas of responsibility and tasks:
- Development, documentation and support of corporate infrastructure solutions, automation of routine tasks
- Analysis of the current architecture of Microsoft services, presentation of proposals for their optimization and modernization
- Ensuring the reliability, availability, continuity and security of centralized Microsoft services in the IT infrastructure of the enterprise
- Automating processes with PowerShell
- Development and implementation of centralized standards for used equipment (servers, data storage systems, etc.), construction of engineering infrastructure (data center, switching rooms)
- Analysis of current engineering infrastructure and computer equipment, presentation of proposals for their optimization and modernization
- Development and up-to-date ITSM documentation on engineering IT infrastructure and server equipment
- Ensuring the reliability, availability, continuity and security of the centralized engineering IT infrastructure of the enterprise and the used computer equipment
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field; having Microsoft, ITIL certifications will be an advantage
- Experience of working in a large, territorially branched company with a large number of business units from 5 years
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure
- Strong experience in system administration of the following technologies:
- Windows Server (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, DFS, RDS, WSUS, SCCM, SCOM, Exchange, Microsoft SQL) and *unix systems
- Virtual infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
- Backup and Restore
- Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365 will be an advantage
- Server equipment and storage (HP, DELL, Fujitsu, Lenovo)
- Clear understanding and hands-on experience of using PowerShell scripts for administration and process automation
- Experience in organizing processes for monitoring the performance of the company's IT services / computer equipment / engineering systems
- Clear understanding and experience in the application of network technologies (switching, routing, wireless communication, information security)
- A clear understanding of the principles of the service model of the IT division, knowledge of the principles of establishing and controlling SLA; experience working in an environment with multiple end user support
