Senior system\network engineer in UseWor

Our company is looking for a Senior network engineer. The conditions are discussed individually (depends on your work experience and the wishes of both parties). Please familiarize yourself with the candidate requirements and duties.


Requirements:

1. Excellent Mikrotik network hardware administration skills. Availability of relevant certificates;
2. Practical experience in building VPN, NAT, GRE, IPsec, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls and working with TCP / IP in general;
3. Knowledge and skills of working with virtualization systems Proxmox, Hyper-V, ESXi;
4. Experience working with various DCs (dedicated servers\ cloud +CHR);
5. Knowledge of the OSI model, understanding of the principles of building local networks;
6. Desired experience in managing terminal servers;
7. Skills of working with Hikvision and Trassir video surveillance systems;
8. Experience in setting up monitoring systems (Zabbix / Grafana);
9. Experience and knowledge of InfoSec will be an advantage (setting up perimeter protection, finding vulnerabilities, etc.)



Your responsibilities:

1.Configuration and administration of network infrastructure (Mikrotik and CHR, UniFi, ProCurve, D-Link, Huawei-preferred);
2. IT infrastructure support;
3. Ensuring network security (protection against unauthorized access to information, viewing and/or changing system files and data), security of network interaction, backup (with built-in tools, veeam backup, scripts), GPG, PGP data encryption;
4. Participation in the company's IT projects (designing architectural solutions, optimizing the performance of current systems);
5. Designing and setting up video surveillance systems (Hikvision), LCD, LAN (including optics) during the opening of company branches and ensuring timely connections of communication channels;
6. Implementation of new IT systems for the needs of the company;
7. Analysis and long-term planning of IT infrastructure to ensure process efficiency and cost optimization
