Senior System\Business Analyst in Luxoft

A leading international IT company is looking for an experienced (Senior level) system/business analyst for projects related to the implementation of the development and support of the corporate data platform and products on its the basis for the country's largest perfumery and cosmetics chain in the luxury segment.

• < strong>Responsibilities:

  Working with data (development of data quality criteria, proactive identification of current data problems, development of data life cycle regulations).
  Development of solutions to correct data errors.
  Identification, analysis, formalization, design and documentation of the customer's requirements for the composition, quality and completeness of the data used in the customer's reports and business processes
  Maintenance of the corporate catalog and business glossary of data
  Testing of the developed functionality and data processing processes.
  Analysis / resolution of errors in reporting / data-related systems.
  Maintenance of technical documentation in an up-to-date state. building a regular reporting system from the database (+automation);
  - writing TOR for process automation, testing;
  - ensuring data integrity in DWH, ETL control

• < p>Mandatory Skills Description:

  • 7-5 years of experience, of which at least 3-5 years as a business and/or system analyst.
  • Knowledge of processes trading company or banking operations and processes
  • Experience with ERP systems for offline or online retail businesses.
  • Master's degree or more in computer science, systems analysis
  • Ability to define requirements business in the context of their business
  • Gathering, reviewing and analyzing requirements
  • Shaping developer tasks and controlling software changes to align with business processes
  • Effective communication and problem solving skills< br/>• Technical documentation writing skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of software development processes
  • Database experience, knowledge of SQL, project management basics
