Requirements:

• Higher technical education, preferred in IT
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing IT projects as a System Analyst (professional experience in the field of: collecting, specifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, identifying system assumptions and limitations)
• Good knowledge of SQL (knowledge at a level enabling analysis data)
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML notation
• Knowledge of CASE tools, e.g. Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge and ability to work in agile methodologies (Scrum)
< li> Knowledge of methods for describing requirements in the form of a User Story or Use Case
• Ability to work in a team, creativity and good work organization
• Analytical thinking and commitment to assigned duties as well as the ability to solve problems and advise cope with time pressure
• Ability to create technical and training documentation. 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, product managers and other stakeholders

Welcome: 

• Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics (especially in building financial and accounting solutions)
• Experience in designing web applications
• Experience in working with Oracle or Oracle databases MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of issues in the field of leasing, compliance, finance
• Experience in working with the Azure DevOps tool (formerly TFS)
• Experience in designing the architecture of IT systems , taking into account safety and performance requirements
• Knowledge of English sufficient to read documentation and report errors to foreign suppliers
