  1. Leadership: you will be able to lead our IT support team, so we are looking for someone with leadership qualities and a desire to develop in this direction.
  2. < li>Technical Expertise:You will handle the tasks of 2-3 lines of support, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of networks, servers, security and backup systems.
  3. Communication:you will interact with customers at all levels, from the average employee to top management, explaining complex technical issues in simple language.

What we expect from you:< /p>

1. Experience:at least 2 years of work in a similar position.

2. Technical skills:

  • In-depth understanding of networks, servers and the principles of their operation.
  • Administration of Windows, VMWare, Linux.
  • Work experience with CRM, HelpDesk, monitoring systems (Zabbix, PRTG, etc.), cloud solutions and data centers.
  • Setting up MikroTik, Cisco, etc. network equipment

3. Personal qualities:

  • Responsibility, independence, the ability to set priorities and effectively organize the working day.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to find a common language with different people.< /li>
  • Desire to learn and develop.

4. Your main tasks:

  • Managing a team of 3 people.
  • Monitoring and analyzing workload by employees/clients/type of tasks.
  • Interaction with key persons from the client's side in terms of service quality.
  • Control of routine work for clients.
  • Planning of the team's work schedule.
  • Technical support for users 2 -a - 3rd line (remote from the office 80% and on the road 20% of working time if necessary).
  • Control of backup processes.
  • Administration of various e-mail systems.< /li>
  • Administration of Windows, VMWare, Linux servers/clusters.
  • Management of IP telephony systems.
  • Participation in various IT infrastructure construction and modernization projects.
  • li>Maintenance of internal ticket CRM system.
