We are looking for an experienced and responsible system administrator who will ensure the stable and uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure.

What we expect from you:

2. Technical skills:

• Deep understanding of networks , servers and principles of their operation.
• Administration of Windows, VMWare, Linux.
• Experience of working with CRM, HelpDesk, monitoring systems (Zabbix, PRTG, etc.), cloud solutions and data -centers.
• Setting up MikroTik, Cisco, etc. network equipment

3. Personal qualities:

• Responsibility, independence, the ability to set priorities and effectively organize the working day.
• Good communication skills.

4. Your main tasks:

• Technical support of 2nd - 3rd line users (80% remotely from the office and 20% on the road if necessary).
• Control of backup processes.
• Control of routine work for clients.
• Administration of various e-mail systems.
• Administration of Windows, VMWare, Linux servers/clusters.
• Management of IP telephony systems.
• Participation in IT infrastructure construction and modernization projects.
• Maintenance of internal ticket CRM- systems.
