Responsibilities:

• Administration of servers (Linux / Windows), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
• Configuration of network equipment, VPN, VLAN, routing, network security.
• Working with network devices (MikroTik, Cisco, Aruba or similar solutions).
• Building, optimization and scaling of highly available IT infrastructures.
• Working with cloud infrastructures: deployment, configuration and support of Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Migrations to and from the cloud, hybrid scenarios (Azure AD + local AD, VPN connection, service integration).
• Backup and disaster recovery plans (Backup / Disaster Recovery), regular testing.
• System monitoring - implementing and maintaining Zabbix or other monitoring platform.
• Automating tasks - writing scripts (Bash, PowerShell or others).
• Developing and maintaining documentation: policies, standards, guidelines, knowledge base.
• Support of junior system administrators.
• Participation in infrastructure construction and modernization projects, change planning, risk analysis.
• Ensuring information security and access management for clients.
