Onlyplay, an innovative game development company specializing in unique gaming solutions, is seeking experienced Support Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the creation and enhancement of our gaming products.
Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate the support team's activities in the gambling game industry.
Collaborate with technical, development, and marketing departments to improve gaming products.
Develop and implement support strategies tailored to the unique requirements of the gambling industry.
Analyze feedback and suggestions from players to enhance the gaming experience.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and technical requirements in customer support.
Prepare reports and analytics on the performance of the support department.
Requirements:
Experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming industry or related fields.
Understanding of the technical and gaming aspects of gambling.
Ability to analyze large volumes of data and form strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international team.
Advanced level proficiency in English for interaction with international clients and teams.
Will be plus:
Understanding of SQL requests.
Development Experience with one of: Java, PHP, JavaScript
