Senior Support Specialist remotely SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies with the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets. Currently, we are looking for a Premium Support Agent for a well-known business. What challenges await you in the role of Premium Support Specialist: — building and developing long-term relationships with clients; —maintenance of customer return to the product —solution of customer issues "on a turnkey basis", search for the best ways to solve them; —proactive work with customer proposals, transfer of their products; — communication with external stakeholders to solve cases What is important to us: — English B2+, spoken and written. It is very important for us, because we mainly communicate with Americans; — 2+ years of work experience in sales, account management, teams working with VIP clients; —Experience of working with premium clients; —Absolute ownership of one's area of ​​responsibility, turnkey projects and initiatives; —Strong communication and writing skills: the ability to communicate with clients on calls, to hold them for whole conversations, to work with objections, to be able to solve cases in correspondence. It will be a plus: - the presence of an internal standard of communication with clients and a healthy understanding of the phrase "the client is always right"; — work experience in Western markets (USA, Canada, Europe); - the ability to explain complex things in simple words. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer. We plan to further develop tech businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine.
