Job description

The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Senior Supervisor will be responsible for the technical direction and supervision of psychologists, case managers and psychological support workers who participate in the implementation of the program. The main task of this role is to ensure the quality and effectiveness of mental health and psychosocial support services provided to people affected by crisis situations. 

Main Responsibilities

• Management and Control: Provide regular guidance, control and technical guidance for MMK executive groups on Psychic Health issues I and Psychosocial Pmaintenance (MHPSS), which includes psychologists, case managers and workers in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS). This includes conducting case reviews, providing feedback on clinical assessments and interventions, and ensuring adherence to best practice and ethical standards.< /span>
• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Building Potential: Identify training needs and develop team capacity building plans with Mental Health and Psychosocial Support issues (MHPSS). Organize and conduct trainings, workshops and skill-building exercises to increase the competence of team members in areas such as trauma-informed care, psychosocial support methods and cultural sensitivity.
• Program Development and Implementation: Collaborate with program managers to develop, implement and evaluate Mental Health and Psychosocial Support interventions (MHPSS) that meet the needs of the target group. This may include the development of individual or group counselling, support groups, community-level activities and psychoeducational initiatives in close collaboration with mental health professionals. • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and analyze collected data on service delivery, results, and customer satisfaction to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.< /span>
• Report to an expert of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), and the head programs.

Мінімальні вимоги

• Вища освіта в галузі психології, соціальної роботи, консультування або суміжних галузях (є обов'язковим). 

• Сертифікований інструктор ВООЗ по Програмі Дій з Подолання Прогалин у Сфері Психічного Здоров'я (mhGAP) або інших масштабованих психологічних заходів. (Бажано, але не обов'язково). Еквівалентна комбінація відповідної освіти та досвіду може бути замінена за необхідності. 

• Мінімум 5 років досвіду роботи в цій галузі, роки відповідного та прогресивного досвіду надання послуг з охорони психічного здоров'я та мінімум 2 роки досвіду керівництва та наставництва персоналом. 

• Відмінні комунікативні, міжособистісні та організаційні навички.

• Мови: Вільне володіння українською та російською мовами. Англійська мова є перевагою. 

Бажано: 

• Досвід з гуманітарного реагування та заходів у галузі Психічного Здоров’я та Психосоціальної Підтримки (MHPSS). Досвід кейс-менеджменту. 

• Компетентність: Глибоке розуміння принципів  надання допомоги з урахуванням травми, методологій психосоціальної підтримки та етичних принципів роботи з вразливими групами населення.
