Job description p>
The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Senior Supervisor will be responsible for the technical direction and supervision of psychologists, case managers and psychological support workers who participate in the implementation of the program. The main task of this role is to ensure the quality and effectiveness of mental health and psychosocial support services provided to people affected by crisis situations.

Мінімальні вимоги
Вища освіта в галузі психології, соціальної роботи, консультування або суміжних галузях (є обов'язковим).
Сертифікований інструктор ВООЗ по Програмі Дій з Подолання Прогалин у Сфері Психічного Здоров'я (mhGAP) або інших масштабованих психологічних заходів. (Бажано, але не обов'язково). Еквівалентна комбінація відповідної освіти та досвіду може бути замінена за необхідності.
Мінімум 5 років досвіду роботи в цій галузі, роки відповідного та прогресивного досвіду надання послуг з охорони психічного здоров'я та мінімум 2 роки досвіду керівництва та наставництва персоналом.
Відмінні комунікативні, міжособистісні та організаційні навички.
Мови: Вільне володіння українською та російською мовами. Англійська мова є перевагою.
Бажано:
Досвід з гуманітарного реагування та заходів у галузі Психічного Здоров’я та Психосоціальної Підтримки (MHPSS). Досвід кейс-менеджменту.
Компетентність: Глибоке розуміння принципів надання допомоги з урахуванням травми, методологій психосоціальної підтримки та етичних принципів роботи з вразливими групами населення.
