Senior Strategy & Operations Manager in bolt

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and solutions-driven Senior Strategy&Operations Manager with excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills to take ownership of our Ukrainian ride-hailing operations.About UsBolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa, with over 100 million customers in 45+ countries. And we need you to make it happen!About The RoleYour role will have a direct and tangible impact through continuous improvement of the driver and rider experience by strengthening Bolt's value proposition in the marketplace by achieving industry-leading supply availability, pricing, and quality. What’s more, from a succession perspective, you’ll work closely with the Country Manager. You will be involved in the definition and implementation of the strategy of the Ukrainian market & hold a key strategic position in the management of the Ukrainian team.Your daily adventures will include:Designing and executing strategies to increase driver engagement and retention while managing our high performing, Ukrainian teamDeveloping and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: drivers; fleet owners; unions; regulators; government officials; local communities etc.)Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and proceduresDeveloping complex analytical models and reporting systems for UkraineDriving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metricsTaking ownership of Bolt's growth in Ukraine by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectivesAdvocating and elevating Bolt's brand, product and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industryOverseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value propositionIdentifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the businessAnalysing data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and ridersAbout you:You have 3+ years of experience in an operations management or general management roleYou have 5+ years experience in an analytical and/or entrepreneurial positionYou are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English & Ukrainian negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written)You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a dayYou are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailingYou are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skillsYou have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Finance or other analytical subjectYou have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approachYou are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisionsExperience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
