Senior specialist of the department for distance development programs in Novus

We invite to our team a Seniorth specialistdepartment of distance development programs (developer of distance learning courses).

Main duties of the position:

• Development of electronic training courses/tests in the software according to the approved schedule;
• Interaction with the methodologist and selection of the visual component when reproducing educational materials in electronic format;
• Administration of LMS functions and the structure of corporate and educational portals;
• Participation in the development and optimization of portals and the process of distance learning in the Company;
• Providing support for users of corporate resources, conducting master classes on the use systems;
• Creation of instructions and navigation aids for users on use.

Our wishes to the candidate:

• High level of mastery of specialized software for the development of electronic courses - Course Lab, Articulate 360;
• Experience in the administration of a distance learning system and educational portal (knowledge of WebTutor will be an advantage);

• Owning of programs for creating/editing graphic elements and video content (for example, Canva, OBS Studio, Photoshop, any others);
• Ability to explain complex things in simple words, experience in conducting educational workshops -classes for colleagues;
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, focus on results, compliance with the level of quality and balance of aesthetics-logic-mechanics in the development of educational products.
